Pure Iron Tawa Square with Wooden Handle | Pre-Seasoned | Induction Friendly

Pure Iron Square Tawa with Wooden Handles - Designed for Thin, Even dosas

The Pure Iron Square Tawa with Wooden Handles is a traditional dosa tawa crafted by skilled artisans of Tamil Nadu using authentic Tandavala Kal. Unlike round tawas, its square shape gives you more usable surface area, making it especially useful for paper roast dosas and wide, thin spreads.

This dosa tawa is designed for people who enjoy making dosas regularly and want better control while spreading batter. The wooden handle stays comfortable to hold, even during longer cooking sessions.

Product Highlights

• Square shape for better dosa spreading - The square design gives extra edge space, making it easier to spread batter thin and experiment with longer or wider dosa shapes.

• Made from authentic Tandavala iron - Tandavala iron (Railway grade iron) is known for its strength and even heat flow, helping dosas cook evenly across the surface.

• Smooth flat cooking surface - The flat iron surface supports thin, crisp paper roast dosas without uneven browning.

• Comfortable wooden handle - The wooden handle provides a steady grip and remains easier to hold compared to metal handles during cooking.

• Designed for regular dosa making - This tawa is suited for frequent use and improves naturally with continued cooking and seasoning.

Why Choose This Pure Iron Square Tawa

• Supports healthy iron cooking - Cooking on pure iron can naturally add small amounts of dietary iron to food, especially when making dosas and similar dishes.

• No chemical or synthetic coating - This tawa is free from artificial non-stick layers, making it a safer long-term cooking option.

• Improves with use, not wear - With regular seasoning and use, the surface becomes smoother and performs better over time.

• Artisan-made using traditional methods - Each tawa is shaped using traditional ironworking practices, giving it strength and character that machine-made pans lack.

• Ideal for dosa-focused kitchens - The square layout and heat behavior make this tawa especially useful for dosa lovers who cook often. Works well on both gas stoves and induction cooktops.
